Harry Gill

Founder and Leader, AI Party of British Columbia

Harry Gill is the founder and leader of the AI Party of British Columbia. He is a Simon Fraser University Finance graduate with a minor in Computer Science, and he has more than a decade of experience in finance, accounting, sales and business operations.

He is also the founder and CEO of AdaptAI, an AI consulting company based in Surrey, BC. AdaptAI helps businesses across Metro Vancouver, in fields from construction and health care to restaurants and professional services, put practical AI to work.

He started AdaptAI after seeing the same pattern again and again: big corporations had entire teams working on AI, while the small businesses that power the local economy were left to figure it out on their own. The party takes on that gap at the scale of a province, with one goal: move British Columbia faster toward becoming the technology capital of Canada and North America.

He has also made one promise that sets the party apart: his decisions as leader will be based on what AI recommends, in public, where anyone can check the work. A leader in this party does not win arguments by being the most certain person in the room. The job is to ask good questions, follow the evidence, answer for the results and stay accountable to British Columbians under the same laws as every other leader.

A disclosure

Harry runs AdaptAI, a company that sells AI consulting, and this party’s platform would affect businesses like it. We think you should know that when you judge our ideas.

The pledge

“Every decision I make as leader will be based on what AI recommends. You will see the question, the prompt and the answer. If the law stops me from following it, I will tell you why.”
