The AI Party of BC in Prince George
A technology capital that stops at Hope is not a provincial plan. Prince George and the North are where our promise of every region gets tested.
What matters here
Forestry and mining are technology customers as much as traditional industries. Our platform would co-invest in sensing and automation built in BC, with the work done close to where it is used.
The University of Northern British Columbia and the College of New Caledonia give the region a base for training. Our regional hubs and retraining places would be anchored at institutions like these, including for workers whose jobs are changing.
Distance makes some services harder to reach. Our platform would finish high-speed connectivity for rural, remote and First Nations communities, and expand round-the-clock virtual triage with clinicians on call.
Three priorities for Prince George
Connectivity first
Finish high-speed access for rural, remote and First Nations communities.
Care closer to home
Round-the-clock virtual triage, with clinicians making clinical decisions.
Retraining with a guarantee
Guaranteed retraining for workers displaced by automation.
